Remembering the Fallen

Fellow Patriots –

This weekend is not just another 3 day holiday weekend. I know you all
realize that. You are all aware, and likely as upset as I am regarding
the ongoing destruction of basic American values and ideals, the attacks
on the foundation of what it means to be American. We hold these truths
to be self-evident, that all men are create equal, that they are endowed
by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness…. You likely know where
these words come from and have it memorized at least in part.

25,000 Americans died in the Revolutionary war to give us our
Independence and freedom.

You have been taught about the Founder and Framers, the Revolutionary
War, the struggle to be free of tyrannical rule. Our independence was
won at great cost. Our Constitution was later written with proof of at
least the attempt to live up to the words in the Declaration of
Independence. The 3/5 rule was never about discounting the worth of
slaves in the South. It was about preventing the South from using the
number of slaves to increase Southern state representation in Congress.
How moral would it be to allow more Southern Congressmen who would vote
to retain slavery? The hope was one day there could be a peaceful
resolution to abolish slavery.

Of course, slavery was abolished only because the Civil War was fought.
It cost 620,000 lives.

Not even one Republican owned a slave in 1860.

America became a world power after defeating the Spanish Empire, taking
the Philippines, Cuba, and Puerto Rico. Americans were called back over
the ocean to stop the march of the German and Austrian Empires across
Europe. We cemented our status with the Great War, the war to end all wars.

The Great War cost 116,000 lives.

The rise of Revolutionary Socialism, known as Fascism, led to the
slaughter of 10s of millions of people. The world dominated by socialism
was unthinkable to Americans who cherished their individual rights and
freedom, their opportunities to better themselves, and confidence their
children would have a better life than they had. American fought the
Germans and Italians in North Africa and Europe. Young boys stormed
beaches in the Pacific and flew near suicidal missions over German
cities. But undeterred, they secured freedom for future generations.

Victories over Germany and Japan in World War II cost 405,000 lives.
Many young men never came home.

While we do honor our veterans on Veterans Day, let’s take a moment to
remember those who gave all, who did not go back to their families, who
could not leave the service and start their civilian lives again.
Because of them, we are here, able to enjoy the freedoms we have. I
think many of them would be happy to see families able to be together,
living their lives in peace, able to enjoy a barbecue and perhaps an
adult beverage. Isn’t the preservation of this freedom the reason they
went? At least let us not forget their sacrifice, and have a thought for
them, and give thanks for what we have.

And as our freedoms are slowly eroding, it is important to pass the
lessons of American freedom and liberty to the younger generations. K12
no longer teaches the greatness of America, nor the significance of the
sacrifice of so many young Americans. The battleground of hearts and
minds is on our shores once again. One hopes no blood will be spilled to
secure our freedoms, although lives already have been lost.

We should endeavor to share the knowledge we have, and our wisdom gained
from life lessons with others. Many are victims of the Left, duped, and
manipulated. The Left have infiltrated our institutions and control much
of government, the news, and our schools. This is no conspiracy theory.
This is the counter-revolution in progress. We can defend our
Revolution, the one Americans paid for through years of suffering,
blood, and lost treasure. If we stand against this tide, the loud
minority on the Left cannot rule the silent majority. If we teach our
children, and grandchildren the truths of American greatness, the Left
cannot rob them of their freedom.

Let not the sacrifice of so many be given away. We must stand together.
We can be silent no longer.

This will be a long struggle. Enjoy the weekend, but be ready first to
win the Recall. We begin to turn the tide. Then we will do our utmost to
start winning back the State in 2022. The Democrats, or the socialist
Left, are one in the same thing. They are not the party of JFK or
Truman. They will do whatever it takes to win, anything. Their Pravda
media cover for them. But we know who they are now. Most Americans are
sick of our cities burning, of wearing facial diapers, of living in fear.

Our job is to keep as many Democrats out of office as possible. Your
help is needed to make that happen. We can use volunteers and new
members of our Donor Clubs. Please visit stangop.org to see how you
might be able to become involved. Imagine the picture of Uncle Sam
pointing and saying, “I want you”. Others heard the call in conflicts of
the past. Now it is our turn to defend America against tyranny.
